A Nashville native, Allen Patton has over 30 years of real estate experience, both residential and commercial development, in the Nashville area and 17 states from coast to coast.
Prior to forming CPS Land, Patton most recently served as
Managing Director of Nashville Operations for America General
Land Development. In that position, he was responsible for
overseeing Fieldstone Farms, the number one master-planned
residential community in Tennessee and the Crossings at Hickory
Hollow, a 370-acre commercial development. Previously, Patton
was vice president for Nashville-based The Mathews Company,
a leading real estate company involved in development, construction,
sales and leasing.
He began his career in 1974 with Intereal Company, a real
estate joint venture company with investments in 17 states.
A veteran of the United States Navy, Patton is a graduate
of Duke University with a graduate degree from the Kellogg
Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
